ABOUT PARTNERSHIP

Partnership Staffing has always been committed to making our clients’ day to day operations easier and more effective. Since opening the Richmond office in 1996, Bill Auchmoody has dedicated his time to thinking of new and better ways to assist our clients with their staffing needs.  He took the time to analyze every aspect of the hiring process; finding problems and creating solutions. He understood the importance of finding the right candidate for each company. This is why here at Partnership we take the time to learn everything we can about potential clients prior to filling your staffing needs. We also have a very thorough screening process. Each potential candidate goes through a detailed one on one interview, allowing us to match up the right candidate with the right company. This strategy enables us to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients.

Going along with our ambition to ease our clients’ burdens, Partnership has expanded our areas of expertise. In 2009 Bill joined together with other experts in the field to create a complete screening solution; Partnership Screening. For those companies who do not need our staffing services, but who could use a hand with their prescreening processes, Partnership Screening is the answer to your problems.  At Partnership, we recognize the fact that most companies have enough to deal with. This is why we strive to find ways we can ease your burden; whether through recruiting and hiring, screening your potential candidates, or helping you to monitor current employees.

Our Staff

Veronica

Driven to Succeed
Veronica has been with Partnership Staffing since 2000. She started off as a temporary associate at one of our manufacturing companies. Her hard work was soon rewarded with a receptionist position within our office. Since that time Veronica has worked diligently and proven herself to be a great asset to Partnership. She has been promoted several times throughout the years, her last being in 2007 when she was promoted to Branch Manager of our Richmond office.

Veronica continues to make herself an asset to not only Partnership, but also to the companies we recruit for and the individuals we hire. Veronica’s progression has given her a knowledge and perspective on the inner workings of the staffing industry that few have. She is able to use that knowledge to better understand all aspects of the job. Veronica utilizes her energetic work ethic and detail oriented personality in making recruiting easier for clients and employees alike.

Stacey

High energy working for you
Stacey joined our team in the fall of 2006. A recent graduate of VCU, she brought with her recruiting experience from working as an admissions officer at a local nursing school. Stacey started off as a Staffing Coordinator, interviewing applicants and assisting clients by finding the most qualified candidates. Through the years she has used her own personal manufacturing experience and her degree in psychology to understand not only what our clients are looking for, but also what potential candidates fit those qualifications correctly.

Stacey’s enthusiasm in staffing has allowed her to move from Staffing Coordinator to Branch Manager of our newly opened Virginia Beach office.  Her animated personality makes her instantly likable to clients and potential candidates alike. She is able to sit down and talk to them easily, enabling her to better suit their needs. Stacey’s main goal is to ensure the happiness of those around her, clients and employees alike. She takes the time to listen and learn what is needed, enabling her to meet that goal time and again.

Bill

Commitment to Improve
Bill’s career started with Paper Art, a division of the James River Corporation.  His two main job functions were client development and recruiting merchandisers to service more than 200 account locations throughout the South East region. After Bill’s position with Paper Art was eliminated he worked for a national payroll processing company and then he went out on his own and started an executive recruiting firm.   Bill combined forces with a North Carolina based staffing firm and open a Richmond branch in 1996. Bill’s goals were and are to provide excellent customer service to all of his clients and continuously perfect the products and services that he offers. Using his past experience in executive recruiting, customer service, and client development Bill was able to help the company triple in size over the next 12 years. In 2008 the company’s principals decided to retire.  Bill purchased the company’s book of business and opened Partnership Staffing.

Continuing his ongoing goal of improvement Bill has added to the services Partnership provides to our clients. Recognizing a need for better screening services Bill has joined with other professionals in the field to create Partnership Screening, a division of Partnership Staffing Inc. This coupling of skills and experience enables Partnership to supply not only superior staffing assistance; but also criminal background checks, employment verifications, drug screening services, human resources support, and many other new and improved services.

Linda

Attention to Detail
Linda has been with us since 2000, starting off as Assistant to the Controller and eventually moving to Controller.  As Controller Linda handles all incoming and outgoing accounts, she deals with our workers compensation claims, wage verifications, and unemployment claims. Her attention to detail ensures that everything is running smoothly so that our clients so not have to deal with these tedious issues.

Linda also goes above and beyond her Controller duties, not just handling the numbers behind the scene. She is an integral part to the running of Partnership, understanding the basic operations of our business and making herself proficient in all of them.  When she is not busy with her duties handling accounts, Linda assists our Winston Salem office with their day to day operations, filling orders and assisting clients. She realizes that to provide the best possible service to our clients we must work as a team, with everyone lending a hand where needed.
