Account Representatives

Partnership Staffing Inc. believes in providing specialized service to each and every client. In order to provide such service there will be 1 - 2 staff members assigned to your account. This allows you to always know who to speak to about questions, problems, or needs. You can expect your personal representative to provide these services and more!

Visiting the workplace.
Taking job orders.
Responding in a timely manner to report job order status.
Meeting employees at the beginning of each assignment if needed.
Being available to go to workplace if client is in need of assistance.
Answering questions or concerns that clients or employees may have.
Ending assignments as specified by employers.
Administering any type of orientation and materials.
Following-up with both clients and employees to determine if they are equally satisfied.
Providing any additional information requested by employers.
Communicating with clients on a regular basis to assess their changing needs.
Provide customized reports and invoices.
