Account Representatives
Partnership Staffing Inc. believes in providing specialized service to each and every client. In order to provide such service there will be 1 - 2 staff member(s) assigned to your account. This allows you to always know who to speak to about issues, problems, or needs. Your personal representative will provide the following services (unless stated otherwise):
- Visiting the workplace.
- Taking job orders.
- Responding in a timely manner to report job order status
(within 45 minutes).
- Faxing resumes for potential employees and setting up interviews.
- Meeting employees at the beginning of each assignment if needed.
- Being available to go to workplace if client is in need of assistance.
- Answering questions or concerns that clients or employees may have.
- Ending assignments as specified by employers.
- Administering any type of orientation and materials.
- Following-up with both clients and employees to determine if they are equally satisfied.
- Providing any additional information requested by employers.
- Responding quickly to any work related injury of a Partnership Staffing Inc. employee.
- Resolving and handling any problems with Partnership Staffing Inc.
employees. It is not the responsibility of our clients to handle any
situation with Partnership Staffing Inc. temporary.
- Talking with clients on a regular basis to assess their needs.
