PAID VACATION: After working 2080 hours, with no more than a 30 day break in service, Partnership employees are eligible for one weeks paid vacation.

PAID HOLIDAYS: After working 1500 hours, with no more than a 30 day break in service, Partnership employees are eligible for paid holidays so long as they are not absent the day before or the day after the holiday.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Partnership shows their appreciation to a praiseworthy employee each month. Employee of the month is awarded to the employee who proves to be an asset to the company they are assigned to. They do this through hard work, excellent attendance, and an all around great demeanor.
