The Partnership Process

Partnership Staffing Inc. makes every effort to assure quality customer service we make it a priority to thoroughly screen every applicant that is employed by our company. Our screening goes much further than just checking references and drug testing. Before any of our employees begin an assignment they are given the most detailed description of their duties and any additional information that may be pertinent to their success. In addition, once an assignment has begun there is constant communication between our staff and our temporaries to assure that they are happy with their position. Below is an outline of Partnership's complete screening process.

PART ONE

Application

  1. Collection of all appropriate demographic information
    • Alphanumeric testing
    • Spelling
    • Math
    • Computer Testing (as needed)
  2. Interview
    • I-9 employment eligibility verification
  3. Background Check
  4. Drug-Screen
  5. Reference Check
  6. Skills verification

PART TWO

1-to-1 Interview

  1. Open discussion of job opportunity and any other attributes involved with placement. (Hours, parking, lunch, etc.)
  2. Discussion of any conflicts that could enable individual from performing job duties as described.
  3. Discuss type of working environment each applicant is looking for and if our opening is a good match. Make certain that the applicant understands the difference between temporary and temp-to-perm and that they are satisfied with the length of the assignment.
  4. Determine the applicant's interest in the job opportunity.
  5. Visit the workplace to give the applicant an opportunity to see the environment they would be working in and get a better understanding what their job duties would be.

PART THREE

The Job Offer

  1. Complete description of position (Partnership Staffing does not guarantee permanent employment without discussing it with the client).
  2. Applicants schedule.
  3. Making certain applicant is aware of where they should report and whom they should report to.
  4. Time they are to report to and leave from an assignment.
  5. Discussion of policies for employees of Partnership Staffing.
  6. What to do in case of absence and tardiness.
  7. Time cards.
  8. Safety training.
  9. Procedure for reporting workplace accidents.
  10. Confidentiality agreement (as required).
  11. Additional questions or concerns that an employee may have.
