The Partnership Process

Partnership Staffing Inc. makes every effort to assure quality customer service. Our screening goes much further than just checking references and drug testing. Before any of our employees begin an assignment they are given the most detailed description of their duties and any additional information that may be pertinent to their success. In addition, once an assignment has begun there is constant communication between our staff and our temporaries to assure that they are happy with their position. Below is an outline of Partnership's complete screening process.

PART ONE

Application

Collection of all appropriate personal information; including qualifications, work history, skill set, etc.

PART TWO

1-to-1 Interview

We meet every candidate personally before assigning them. Enabling us to find the right match between client and candidates.

  • Discussion of any conflicts that could inhibit an individual from performing job duties as described.
  • Discuss type of working environment each applicant is looking for and if our opening is a good match.
  • Make certain that the applicant understands the difference between temporary and temp-to-perm and they are satisfied with the length of the assignment.
  • Determine the applicant's interest in the job opportunity.

PART THREE

Placement

This is our last step to ensure the quality of each placement before sending candidates to employers.

  • Complete description of position
  • Applicants schedule: Time they are to report to and leave from an assignment. As well as their weekly schedule. Making certain applicant is aware of where they should report and whom they should report to.
  • Discussion of policies for Partnership employees.
  • What to do in case of absence and tardiness.
  • Time cards are given.
  • Safety training.
